For those who would like to practice Vajra Yogini yoga as part of their spiritual path: "Vajra Yogini (thunderbolt) is the Goddess of Feminine Shakti Earth energy transformed to spiritual energy. Can do Vajra Yogini yoga before meditating on Vajra Yogini in 6-pointed star (note: we do a different meditation in class that is not a Vajra Yogini meditation), and can meditate on Vajra Yogini qualities, like a Kuan Yin to gain protection from Vajra Yogini. She is fierce about people slacking off on spiritual work - she will step in. Meditate to have her quality of cutting through all nonsense on every level that does not matter after all. Also to gain enlightenment like Vajra Yogini is to have discipline like Vajra Yogini, to do practice for enlightenment." -Sunyata Saraswati.
