Experience a new way of being human(e).
Kuan Yin Magnetic Nei Gung, Tai Chi, and Meditation became an important practice for Master Sunyata at the end of his teaching, when he was focusing on the spiritual heart.
Some of its attributes and results are:
Purifying emotions
Bringing clarity
Positively affecting glands in the brain
Developing compassion and heart opening
Building a magnetic type of Chi to store for healing
Changing the personal vibration
Activating the energy grid around the body.
Restrictions:
Menstrual Period - Yes, except no Bandha
Pregnant - No, cannot practice
Postpartum - Wait six weeks
Breastfeeding - Yes
Health Concerns:
If you have high blood pressure, do not hang the head down. Consult your health practitioner before beginning practice.
If you have low blood pressure, dizziness, hypoglycemia, or other concerns, bring the head back up very slowly
Please have stomach mostly empty, although this is the only practice where one may eat a little something 30 minutes before class to avoid lightheadedness if you are prone to that.
Please do not drink water during any of the classes as it can short-circuit your energy.
We may practice Karana Kriyas, which is also not recommended for women during the period.
Master Sunyata suggested that women switch to So’Ham or Kuan Yin Magnetic Nei Gung, Tai Chi, and Meditation (without the Standing Vajra Yoginī Yoga or Karana Kriyas) during the menstrual period and one to two days after it is ending. As an alternative, only do So’Ham (no Anal Contraction) or no practices at all.
Please read the waiver/disclaimer; attending the class assumes one agrees and is able to attend. If on Zoom, the instructor will not see what students are doing. Please ensure that your practice space is comfortable and free of objects within full arm movements.
